Hi Guys,
Just wanna ask for support about my laptop. We bought it last month and I noticed that the screen turns black but the power is on when the AMD radeon 10 Graphics card is enabled and the only way to get the screen working again is by pressing FN+F6. It was okay because it rarely happens when I first used it but after a couple of days it became frequent and came to a point where I can no longer use it because the screen kept on dying every time I move the mouse. My only fix was to turn off the AMD graphics card and left the GeForce GTX 1650 enabled but of course the performance of the apps like, Photoshop and Games was affected. I tried every fix and troubleshooting steps that I can see in youtube and Google but none of them fixed the problem. Hope someone can help me with this one, will appreciate it!

Memory 8gb Ram
