"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application" - Error Message - Need some help

Hi Everyone,


I am running a program named i2 Analyst Notebook version 8.9.


When it is running & I click onto on one of the charts it gives me this Error message "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue..."



Just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.
