I need help here. My computer constantly reboots when it's idle and I've checked Event Viewer for this. The first crash occurred 3/25/2021 2:48:07 PM. Ever since, it's been happening consistently with the error tag of "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000ef (0xffffe783204ba280, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000)." Each and every time. The only thing that I could see may have caused it, since it started on the 25th, is the Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.333.1264.0). This was downloaded on the 25th. I can't figure out exactly what time it was installed, because the windows update history doesn't show this. I've tried a restore point but it doesn't seem that any were created, as it says that there are none. Anyone experienced this before?
I actually have had a problem similar to this happen, but that was because I disabled the Intel integrated graphics driver, which caused it to BSOD when idle. That driver's remained untouched since, though, and hasn't caused any problems.
