Unidentified network | Remote NDIS Compatible Device - I can't remove this.. can I completely reset my network?

I can disable it the adapter.

But I can not remove it. When I uninstall it, it just loads up again when I restart computer.
It does stay disabled on restart.

I am getting spotty connection to network.

Dropping and not connecting right away.


If this is part of SPYBOT or Malwarebytes, I'm not aware of it.


I am also getting a DHCP not found issue on a 100.x.x.x ip address according to FING

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it.


I would really like to just reset network, get rid of this remote NDIS and have nice smooth network connections

Any help in accomplishing this would be greatly appreciated.
