My Office Keyboard has stopped working after a Win10 update to build 19042.870. But not completely. All the special keys (Word, Excel, Copy, Paste etc.) are working as always. Only the letters and numbers stopped working.
When I upgraded to Win10 many years ago, only the special keys would not work until I installed Intellitype 7 again. Then everything was functioning until the last Windows update yesterday. Absolutely weird to have the special keys in working order and the standard keys dead.
I have restarted Win Update with new catroot2 and SoftwareDistribution folders, to no avail. The keyboard hardware works fine on another Win10 computer without the update, so no hardware issues here.
Help would be greatly appreciated.
