Windows Defender not working nor being active and Windows update not working

Hi,

I've noticed that Win.Defender is not set as default antivirus (pic.1-2)I was checking the forums and found some articles but none of them helped..

So I was digging in services and didn't even found windows defender in there, I found only security centrum but I was unable to restart it as one article was suggesting(pic.3-5) I did run cmd and run sfc /scannow and [COLOR=rgba(30, 30, 30, 1)]DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth,[/COLOR] everything seemed good, I did check the dll files and there was missing:

wuaueng.dll

wucltui.dll

initpki.dll

wuweb.dll

I ran malwarebytes and it didn't found anything.

I was trying to check windows updates and then control panel suddenly closes , after I turn it back on it says that there was an error durring instalation of update(pic.6)

I don't know what to do please help
