Windows 10 Update Error - Service is Disabled/Cannot Be Started

Hi,


I'm not sure what error is causing the update service to not run.

Earlier errors showed that Windows Update was disabled with code 0x80070422.

I tried to troubleshoot and it said that the problem couldn't be identified.


I had checked on services.msc and it showed that Windows update was disabled.

I set the startup type to Automatic and tried to start the service but I end up with Error 1058.





Can I get this resolved without having to reset my computer and how?
