My computer keeps restarting instead of shutting down, creates a dump file. How do I fix this? VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL

This all started after I updated Windows to the current 20H2 version, and every few days, when I'd be done using my computer, I go ahead and shut it down, but sometimes it doesn't turn off and just leaves a empty screen on my monitor until the computer eventually boots up again. When I log in to windows again after the incident, lots of programs restart and a MEMORY.dmp file is created and a minidump is also created. I have already updated my GPU and ran a system file checker, which shows up no file corruptions. I don't know what to do anymore, any help will be gladly appreciated!
