Hi Folks,
I'm hoping you can help me. I've been onto Microsoft Support several times over the last few months. I did have an agent call me a couple of times and he was confident he had fixed the issue but unfortunately not. I'm now at the stage where Microsoft are raising case numbers but not responding to me. Not great!
Anyway, for months, my laptop has been shutting down at least once every time I use it. I'm sure you can appreciate how frustrating this is when I am in the middle of doing something. To add insult to injury, the computer is then slow to start. When this happened a month or so ago, the computer did not need updates. I don't have many apps installed so the memory is pretty healthy. Now, my computer DOES need updates but will not install them. I'm at a loss as to what to do. I don't know if the issue is Windows 10 or the laptop itself. I suspect the former. The laptop is only around 2 years old. I am fed up seeing the blue screen with the sad face. What can I do please?
