Wiped my laptop running windows 10, Now running windows 7, Cant upgrade back to Windows 10

Hi. I have a Packard bell EasyNote TK85 which was running windows 10, but I erased it using Packard Bell recovery management. Now it is running windows 7. I was thinking about upgrading back to windows 10, but would shut down in the middle of the upgrade. I power it back on, and I am back at the windows desktop. I do need some help.
