Help on installing Vista SP1 my PC now is not booting into windows

I was installing vista sp1 because I wanted to upgrade to windows 7 so I had no choice but to do that the next thing it told me to restart my computer Once I installed Vista sp1 my PC is now just not booting into windows but it does post pls someone help me. Thanks
