In storage, it says apps and features is using 174 GB of my very tiny 256GB SSD. BUT when I click on Apps and Features, the numbers are not anywhere close to adding up to 174 GB. When I add up what it shows me, it barely comes to 3 GB, so where is all the other space?? Control panel tells the same story.

I have office installed, but it is supposed to only be Word, Excel and PP and that is it. BUT I can see Access in programs and outlook as well, and I know I did not pay for Outlook. Control panel shows the MS office home & student 2019 I paid for and installed, but it also shows Office 265

Its Windows 10, that's not supposed to take up more than 10 GB.

I just cannot install and run any real programs cause I have no disk space. I would like to get rid of about 40 GB so that I could install SQL server and VIsual Studio 2019 Community (VS needs about 10 GB free to run)
