Why I am getting error 0x800f081f While installing kb5000802 and kb5000842

I had been tried installing it several times but it stucks at Installing 100% and then it gives a error code 0x800f081f


I also tried :


1) Rename Software Distribution to Software Distribution.old and catroot2.old


2) Windows update troubleshooter


3) sfc /scannow


4) Disabled and re-Enabled feature .NET Framework 3.5 includes 2.0 and 3.0 and .NET Framework 4.8


5) DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth


6) Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFx3 /All /Source:X:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess
