Things have been working just fine and now we keep getting an error message that password is not correct.. See below:
Unable to send or receive messages for the s*******8 account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.
Server Error: 0x800CCC90
Server Response: -ERR [SYS/TEMP] Server error - Please try again later.
Server: 'inbound.att.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC92
Protocol: POP3
Port: 995
Secure(SSL): Yes
I went to ATT.Net web site... Went thru steps to change the password.. Deleted the old shortcut for WLM and added a new one.. Went to the Properties box for the account > Servers > put in new password as the same one from ATT.Net web site > Apply > OK. Closed email.. Reopened it and getting the same message, that incorrect password was entered. At the login box prompt, I enter the new password and it keeps giving me the same message. This just started on 4/4/2021. Prior to that, no problems...
Any ideas?
Thank you... Lori
