Hello

Please, I need help. Yesterday, I usually closed browser and applications, and turned off the computer. And today, I turned on computer, and it is extremely slow. I´ve Ryzen 7 3800X. Normally (in the past), when I pushed the start up button on my tower, I was in Windows in a minute. But now? It takes minute of booting, and next minute the "Welcome" screen on the beginning. While I´m working on PC, it gradually accelerate. But when I restart computer, it is again extremely slowly. And what else, Chrome logs me out and forget passwords of all pages, where I had saved - YouTube, Gmail, Microsoft.. just from everything. When I log in to some page, and at password click "Remember me", after restart of Windows are all of password forgotten. Interesting is, that it happen in Chrome only - for example in Microsoft Teams I will stay logged in after restart. I didn´t do something special with computer, just started up. I´ve Avast Antivirus, and it says, that I have to restart the computer, because I have supposedly disabled firewall (I didn´t turned it off myself), and unless restart the computer, it cannot be enabled. But when I make restart, that notice will appear again (after restart). I built this computer about month ago, and everything was alright. But about several times about this month, it froze about several times during work (for a few tens of seconds), and at the end, the system (it went through headphones) beeped (4x, short). And the mouse was moving by itself - I had not control about it. But after a few seconds - problems were gone. I was thinking about some malware, but I didn´t downloading any crashed files or clicking on some untrustable links. Avast Antivirus was always on. Should I reinstall Microsoft Windows, or is there some way to fix it? Thank you.
