Problem with connecting windows fax and scan to accuro EMR medical booking system

Last week we got rid of our old fax modem and replaced it with a brand new one and installed the proper things. Windows fax and scan has been connected to accuro EMR booking system. I am now receiving faxes on a regular basis, but am having trouble sending out faxes.


It keeps saying "in progress" for hours at end, and when i calling the office i am trying to send it to they say they have received it multiple times(even though on my side it still says "in progress").

Is there a way to get this working as normal??. So i can send out 10-20 faxes per day without having to call each office to see if it has been received by them.
