Issue with IIS Live Streaming with Encoder Pro

I am getting this error "Cannot Broadcast streams with the current bandwidth. Please reduce the number of streams or reduce the bitrate ".

I have tried using the least IIS Smooth Streaming Symbian and lower bitrate stream, but still i am getting this error with out streaming.



I am wondering what causing this issue as I tried with all the option with single stream with the single least bitrate of 65 kbps as well.


Please help in resolving this
