PCI bus 8, device 0, function 3 Unable to locate and update drivers

Chipset installation from the dell website did not fix the issue nor did searching for the drivers using device manager.

My PC is the 1st generation Alienware Aurora with windows 7 64 bit. I have a feeling it's for the pci ex1 because my elgato gamcapture card which uses that same slot isn't being detected at all. Any help will surely be appreciated.
