Regarding an issue on bluetooth

I am using ACER ASPIRE473Z laptop. I've been trying to install bluetooth in my laptop . I've tried many ways and installed many bluetooth drivers but I noticed that Windows services in my laptop isn't working . Startup/start/stop nothing is working in all services . Please help me to enable back that and therefore I would be able to turn bluetooth support service on.
