Black screen just right after boot up.

So, some time ago my laptop stopped working properly. How it looks like? When i'm booting up my laptop i see my laptop logo. Then i see an uderscore few times flicking, but then i get black screen. In many tutorials i watched i couldn't even get to the safe mode. Most biggest problem is when i try re-install Windows 7 i see usual message "Windows is loading files" after that i see only cursor and no windows. Only cursor and black screen. In begging of boot i chenged boot devices. There was one who worked, but not properly. That means when start up logo disappeared i got cursor and black screen in login screen. Thats all i can say.

Acer Aspire

Windows 7 Ultimate

(GPU bad booi i got) Intel Express Chipset Family


I wish someone could help me.

Also F8 doesn't work me too. So IDK what to do.
