Invalid key on windows 10 upgrade, after Windows 7 reinstall

I had to wipe an old desktop today. I reinstalled Windows 7 from my OEM disk, and had no trouble. Now I'm trying to upgrade back to Windows 10 (before the wipe, I upgraded years ago), but when I go through the process it asks me for a product key and says my Windows 7 key that came with my OEM disk "didn't work".

I had already gone through the process of upgrading to Windows 10 once. All I want is the product I already had. Can anyone help me?
