Installing KB5001649 on a Windows 2012 R2 server

Hi Team,


We have been facing printing issues on Windows 2012 R2 server for our application. Vendor tried to let us know to follow a fix as KB5001649.

But we were unable to download it to test it out at first. Can you please guide us in installing on the server.
