Windows 7 does not shut down nor wake up after hibernation

Hello,

with 7 Pro SP1, Last Update: KB4567409, even in Safe Mode, I can't shut down (System is shutting down screen stay pending for minutes) nor wake up my laptop after hibernation.

I look at several forums but did not find a solution.

I only have very recent restoration points, so impossible for me to restore from a correct configuration.

Can someone help me out there ?
