Thanks for your help first.
I started to deploy Windows 10 Pro 20H2 to my company PCs using ManageEngine patch management method but I got a language issue after that.
Our user PC is using English UI and added one language Chinese Hong Kong/Taiwan for Chinese typing and downloaded its features, but once installed the 20H2 patch, users reported that they can't type Chinese, when I try to switch to Chinese from the task bar, it will show an error " Traditional Chinese IME is not ready yet."
Then I check Setting --> Language and found that the Chinese Hong Kong/ Taiwan's Features are missing, I need to click the options button and manually download it again.
once done, user can use back the Chinese input method then.
Any idea?
or any script that I can add language and its features online even I that PC can't connect Windows update site?
Give you more information about our pc environment setup:
- all pc joined domain
- use gpo to disable automatic windows update and set a invalid url to force it can't connect to Windows update to download all windows update.
- I've checked with ManageEngine support, they said their patch management is just download the 20H2 patch file from Microsoft and apply it target pc.
Thanks again
Patrick
