System_Service_Exception Bluescreen of Death (In Valorant and Apex)

So a friend of mine encountered an issue out of nowhere, while he was playing Apex he got a bluescreen (System_Service_Exception) and then a few days the same happened with Valorant. I told him to run chdsk command and sfc /scannow. No issues were found, then i told him to send me over the minidump that the bluescreen produced which is the following one :

My guess was that [COLOR=rgba(30, 30, 30, 1)]win32kbase.sys has some conflicts with VALORANT-Win64-Shipping.exe ?

Is it though ? I need some clarification if possible since i am not an expert.

Could it be a built-in Anti-Cheat related problem ?[/COLOR]


P.S He already did a clean Window's Re-installation twice and the same thing happens after some time while in-game.
