For some reason, when I click on something that brings up multiple options like if I right-click on something in my taskbar, an option will appear selected (as you can see in the attached picture, store is selected). The selection will then move downwards as if I was pressing the down arrow. This isn't a massive issue with the taskbar as I can still click on whatever option I want but it does make using the start menu almost impossible. I cannot search as it will keep trying to select autocomplete searches and I cannot scroll down my list of programs as it keeps trying to select other stuff. The issue still occurs when my mouse and keyboard are unplugged and the issue only affects windows itself, not any programs within windows, so I don't think it is related to them. Any ideas?
