Hi All,
I know this is a frequently asked question, but on the other questions, ppl have mentioned that the solution is different for different users.
So here goes,
I have Dell Inspiron, I am running on Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1(i know all ancient)
I have a total of 3 partitions C, D, E. I have actually added 10 GB to C drive recently as it was completely filling up and now I have 3.79GB free of 182GB in C drive. I have used all the usual solutions CCleaner, Disk Cleanup, etc but no use.
I have run TreeSize as Administrator and this is what I have.
Few files are a little greyed out so I am guessing they are hidden folders. So I hope I am not missing any hidden files here.
and the top 5 folders have today(16th April) as the last modified date and I haven't even touched my laptop all day before posting this of course. So, something is quietly filling these folders.
I don't recognize what these are files are(the ones I have in a box), it doesn't even have a name, just [5 files] worth 10 GB.
and there's a similar folder(?) in System Volume Information with [9 files] worth 8.4 GB with some random names.
But I don't think these are the main problem tho(at least not the only), C keeps filling up every time.
So any advice is welcome.
Thanks.
