I have laptop lenovo ideapad 320 ikb and i can't turn off it or let it sleep because everytime i try to put it sleep or turn off it show black screen but the power button light is still on and if i want to turn it off i need to use the power button and when i put it sleep i can't wake it up. And when i keep it in that state after some time it got BSOD. And i looked into event viewer and found something:
The previous system shutdown at 12:48:45 on 18/04/2021 was unexpected.
The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device USB\VID_06CB&PID_0081\e8349886e710.
The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device ROOT\SYSTEM\0001.
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
Audit events have been dropped by the transport. 0
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffbf02cc4bf360, 0xfffff8053af81750, 0xffffbf02cc4de7e0). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 0c17e896-acbc-4d44-b75e-eb060f07e1b5.
