Device name is not shown in connection sharing center to receive hotspot.

Actually I have been facing a problem regarding the network.Whenever I wish to run the laptop on mobile data by turning on the mobile hotspot,but it happens so,is the name of my mobile connection is not been displayed in the sharing center due to which my laptop doesn't recieves the net.Is there any way to fix it all.
