for some reason, when I "scan" photo's/documents and I go to the files, it shows to open in "Reader", but when I click on it it doesn't open. I changed to open in Windows Photo Viewer, it says 'unable to open in WPV. I did have a computer crash before this happened and I had to restart my computer. Don't know if anything was affected or not, but it seems that any file that is WPV now does not open correctly. Don't know what has happened. This is the only problem I see is when I scan anymore????? i need some help how to correct WPV. It's not even listed under "apps"-Window system anymore. I am not computer savvy (need the simple version to fix). Thanks!
