I decicded to update my pc to recent 20H2 update .. I am currently on 1809 .
I tried all the methods - Media creation tool , Windows Update Assistant and from setting menu checking for update .. all 3 updates gives me same error during installation.
The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation 09xC1900101 - 0x20017 error .
my all drivers are up to date.. checked in windows updates. also via manually from HP site..

I found some post related to this error they suggested run setupdiag .. I did and this from log file... plz if anyone can help me out of this ..

my one of the usb 3 port is not working .. can it be a reason why i am getting this error.. before this error i was getting migrate data error during the first phase boot..
