Help! I don't know what to do anymore. Windows won't boot. Everytime I turn on my laptop I'll only get Asus logo and please wait... then after that it proceeds to choosing keyboard layout and then I'm stuck with options troubleshoot and power off.

The stuff I've tried so far:

'Startup Repair'- doesn't work

Command Prompt'

-bootrec /fixboot would only prompt access denied

-bootrec /rebuild bcd says cannot create a file already exist

-chckdsk didn't show any issues

-scannow says windows protection could not perform requested operation

-dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth would only result to error 50 dism does not support servicing windows PE with /online option

'Uninstall Updates'- pc ran into problem

'Uefi Firmware Settings'- updated the bios and disabled fastboot but still no luck

'System Restore'- doesn't work

'System Recovery'- Cannot find a system image on this computer

'Safe mode'- I couldn't get in. been turning it on and off numerous times.

I also got a windows installation media in my flash drive but everytime I choose repair computer it all goes back to troubleshoot and power off options. I've tried intalling but when I choose which partion to intall it would say that I can't install on partition x and shows details on 0x80300001 but it is the only partition I use for os. Everything worked fine till I put the screws back in its casing. Is it sooo wrong to screw back the screws where they belong ?
