I am trying to setup a Proxy on my network of 200+ computers. I followed these instructions;
Configuring Proxy Settings via GPO on Windows 10/Windows Server 2016 – TheITBros
Basically;
And I can see from the netsh command that the proxy is in place, including the by pass;
Current WinHTTP proxy settings:
Proxy Server(s) : 192.168.XXX.XXX:3128
Bypass List : 192.168.*.*
But the bypass does not seem to be working, as I am still seeing the proxy IP in WSUS and other internal management systems.
How can I trouble shoot this? Am I missing something?

- Configure Proxy in IE client
- Export the reg key
- use the reg key to create the GPO and apply
