Can't delete a file, it says 'location not available' and 'the tag present in the reparse point buffer is invalid'. Please help.

I accidentally backed up some personal files (video game files) to my work Onedrive account. Trying to get rid of them, don't need to keep it because I don't play that game anymore. But I can't seem to get rid of it. Please see the screenshot below - any advice?
