Hey, so basically when I'm on battery my maximum processor state goes to 50%. I change it to 100% because I use it for school and like it is fast. As soon as I restart my laptop it becomes really slow and CPU frequency caps at 0.69GHz and at 46% usage making it take ages to load like 5 programs. And sure enough, when I launch the control panel again and go to power options the maximum CPU state is set to 50% again. I'm on a Lenovo Ideapad 5 (2020) With windows 10 home version 2[COLOR=rgba(9, 10, 10, 1)]0H2 (OS Build 19042.928).[/COLOR]
