How to activate Windows 7 using Pro EMB OEM key?

I got a Windows 7 Pro EMB 32x/64x EM Software key lying around. I was wondering if it is possible to use this on a PC to activate windows?

If it is only reserved for a particular OEM, how would I find out in which machine I can use this?
