Last month I looked at my recycle bin and it has over 7,000 files in it. Each time I went to empty the bin it would crash and leave all the files so I had to go through individually and delete the files. But now it seems that files keep popping back up in the recycle bin even though I never deleted anything (the files returning are the ones I deleted before).
And whenever they return it messes with the wifi of the laptop and it refuses to load any pages I may have open. It is not a wifi issue this has happened at different places with different wifi and the issue still persisted.
Note: I have run windows defender full scan and it didnt pop up any malware or virus. I have to empty the recycle bin multiple times a day and if I don't for a few hours it begins to pop up more files (the most I saw was 2-4 hrs no deleting and ended up with over 700 files in recycle bin)
