I have deleted my microsoft account "Abhi" but selected keep my files and Now I want to recreate or get all of my settings,apps and files to new user

I have deleted my Microsoft account from Control Panel but selected to keep files and I have that user folder in my user directory. Actually I was trying to remove my Microsoft account associated with local windows 10 account "Abhi" so I accidently deleted whole the user "Abhi" account logged in with Microsoft account. Now I want to restore that user profile either by creating new and importing all those settings, apps and files or by re-creating that user.I already have created new user but not able to restore all the apps from previous state as they were before in user profile Abhi.I ha
