HELP!!!! I need to recover data from lost partition after using system restore.

I am using a Surface Book 2. Recently, some problems occurred and I had to use the Surface recovery image (from this link, Creating and using a USB recovery drive for Surface). I didn't notice that the recovery process would also restore default partitioning, so all my data on my second partition (the logical disk) was lost. Now the partition was merged into one big partition. Is it possible if I can restore the old partition? I've tried some recovery tools, like EaseUS, but it could not find any data from the old
