cant install vc_redist 2015

i have windows 7 ultimate 64bit and mistakely deleted microsoft visual c++redistributable 2015 and now when i tried to install it says setup failed "0x80070424 the specified service does not exit as an installed service . same thing happens with microsoft.net framework.
