windows 10 20H2 Update messed up my Computer

After the Update completed it caused my display on my screen to become very unstable and unviewable. Every time I would try to open anything it would cause the cursor to draw lines every time, I moved the Mouse. I have tried everything from powering down and reset the CMOS remove the Video Card. And held the Power button while everything was disconnected. And reconnected everything and powered the computer back on and I still have a problem with my screen becoming scrambled.After exhausting my efforts to get this working.&nbs
