Windows 7 on Z390 chipset?

Is there any way for installing and running Windows 7 on Intel Coffee Lake-S CPU and Z390 chipset? I know that officialy Microsoft banned Windows 7 on every newer hardware and actively trying to kill it, but maybe there are some unofficial methodes?Any help? Suggestions? Rumors?
