How to delete all updates from certain date on?

Updates I got from a certain month have taken over the store capacity of hard drive, although I hardly have a few Gigas of data in it. I want to remove all those cluttering updates, which are many, from my hard drive all at once.I'm still on windows 7, because I like it. Can anyone tell me how to do this. Most of the information I found in the net doesn't address this issue.Thanks in advance.
