Delete domain and change to workshop

I need to change a work computer into a personal computer. In order to do that I need to remove the domain and create a workshop account, create a new admin and then access it and further remove the old admin accounts.But the issue is that when I select workshop it does not give me the option to change the password and I do not know what the computers old/normal password is.
