Windows 7 slows down after 20 minutes no matter if I use it or not.

My windows 7 (ultimate) pc gets slow after 20 minutes, no matter if I use it or not.When I had windows 10, this issue didn't exist so I don't think it's a hardware issue.Please help me solve this issue.(I had to remove windows 10 as it lagged too much on my pc lol)Potato Pc specs:processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6550RAM: 6GB DDR3HDD: 500GB SATAGPU: integrated Q45/Q43 intel graphicAny more info needed?
