Does windows Xp work on a such old pc?

Hello, I'm Adam and with my very old touch mate Computer, Its working very bad on windows 10 I tried installing windows 7 it also works bad, I saw on YouTuber with a man saying he uses his windows xp old pc and when I saw the video it have the same Intel version and and the same PC, So I wonder does windows xp work on my old PC?
