Windows 7 and 8.1 driver problems

I am trying to install windows 7 and 8.1 on separate hard drives on this computer. i am not sure on how to install drivers on these operating systems, i know that windows 7 is unsupported but dont know very well how to install drivers . i tried device manger but couldnt do it, is it possible to hlp me with this
