Windows freezes

After changing my MOBO and CPU from intel to ryzen a while back I started experiencing small freeezes several times a day lasting about 30 seconds each where everyone but audio and mouse stops, Event Viewer has 2 errors that occur at the time of each of these freezes, these being ID 129 and ID 153129-"Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0, was issued."153-"The IO operation at logical block address 0x94ed430 for Disk 0 (PDO name: \Device\0000003f) was retried."Followed lots of different online troub
