I am having a issue with the new pc I just built.Specs:CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900XRAM: 2 x Corsair Vengence 8GB 3200MHzMOBO: ASRock X570 TaichiGPU: Gigabyte RTX 2070 Gaming OCCPU Cooler: Corsair H150i Elite CapellexPSU: Corsair RM 750xSSD: Samsung 970 EvoHDD: 2 x Seagate Barracuda 2TBEverything but the GPU is brand new as I await to get a 30 series but aside from that. I built this computer amd everything seems to run fine it will boot into BIOS but when trying to boot into a USB to install windows it sticks at the blue windows logo no dots spinning.
