Legit Windows 7 key?

I was browsing some legit steam key reseller websites, namely Gaming Dragons. And I ended up finding a Windows 7 professional key for 8 dollars on the site. I've never bought OS keys before, so I was wondering: Is this too good to be true? Or is Gaming Dragons a legitimate place to buy a Windows key from?
